NFKB1 — RIPK3

Pathways - manually collected, often from reviews:

  • OpenBEL Selventa BEL large corpus: NFKB1 → RIPK3 (increases, RIPK3 Activity) Yu et al., Curr Biol 1999*
Evidence: 293T cells were harvested for a luciferase reporter assay for 24 hours after cotransfection with NFKB1-dependent luciferase reporter construct and RIPK3 pYCI construct. Ectopic expression of RIPK3 alone induced NFKB1 activation approximately sevenfold. The carboxy-terminal region of RIPK3 is essential for NFKB1 activation, as RIPK3 (1-251) and RIPK3 (1-436) were not able to activate NFKB1. RIPK3 (K50D), RIPK3 (82-518) and RIPK3 (287-518) induced higher luciferase activity than full length RIPK3.
