CD8A — IL17A
Text-mined interactions from Literome
Ma et al., Scand J Immunol 2011
(Colonic Neoplasms) :
This study aims to investigate the
role of tumour derived Foxhead box P3 (Foxp3) ( + )
interleukin (IL)-17 ( + ) T cells on suppressing tumour-specific
CD8 ( + ) T cells
Castro et al., Cancer Immunol Immunother 2012
(Melanoma, Experimental) :
By contrast, Adm5T4 immunized WT mice showed no tumour protection consistent with only low avidity
CD8 IFN-?, no
IL-17 T cell
responses and no detectable CD4 T cell effectors producing IFN-? or IL-17
Gunderson et al., J Invest Dermatol 2013
(Abscess...) :
Depletion of
CD8 ( + ), but not CD4 ( + ), T cells
reduced cutaneous and systemic inflammation, the RAS induced increase in cutaneous Th17 and
IL-17 ( + ) ?d T cells, and epidermal hyperproliferation to levels similar to a Rag1-/- background
Shin et al., Cytokine 1998
:
Taken together, these results provide evidence that human
CD8 ( + ) T cells are also the source of massive expression of IL-17, and that PKA
plays a prominent role in the switch of CD8 ( + ) T cells to a Th2 like profile and an inhibition of
IL-17 expression, thus suggesting that the activation of cAMP signal transduction pathway may have consequences for the relative role of CD8 ( + ) T cells in the immune and inflammatory process
