Cufflinks Transcripts
This track contains all of the raw Cufflinks assembled transcripts for each RNA-Seq library generated for the Broad Institute/Uppsala University Improved Canine Annotation project.
Display Conventions and Configuration
Tracks are both tissue and library type specific. 2 library types were generated ( poly-A selected and DSN normalized) across multiple tissue types
Methods
The transcripts were assembled via the Cufflinks RNA-Seq assembly software. See Hoeppner et. al. 1 for more detailed methods.
Credits
RNA-Seq data was generated at the Broad Institute. Cufflinks assemblies were generated Drs. Manfred Grabherr & Marc Hoeppner at Uppsala University along with Jason Turner-Maier and Jeremy Johnson at the Broad Institute. Dr. Kerstin Lindblad-Toh of the Broad Institute and the SciLifeLab of Uppsala University provided scientific management for the project.
