These tracks contain ChIP-seq, RNAseq data from embryonic mouse tissue, generated for the purpose of in vivo enhancer discovery following the general method described in Nature 457:854-8.
As p300 is a known mark for developmental enhancers, these data provide a first genome-wide list of putative palatal enhancers.
